Boarding at Sweetwater Ranch

Facilities include:

• 215 x 165 lighted jumping/gymkhana arena

• Olympic size dressage court with all-weather sand footing

• 60’ round pen

• 120 x 80 turn out.

• Limited private tack lockers

• 2 client tack rooms

• Cross ties and tie rails

• Wash rack

• Horse trailer parking (no extra charge)

• Secure gate with code – all gates padlocked at night.

• Rest room with sink (NOT a portable toilet)

• Shaded picnic areas

• Immediate access to trails

• Grain storage area for feeds and supplements

 

 

Horses are fed twice daily – with owners choice of #1 Alfalfa Hay or Grass blend Hay.Bermuda Hay and Hay replacer pellets can be fed for an additional charge.

 

Grains and supplements can be fed daily at no additional charge but must be either smart pack or in single dose baggies

Horses can be blanketed and unblanketed daily for an additional $30/ month fee or owners can blanket their own horses if they are removed any day the temperature gets above 65 degrees.

 

All breeds and types of horses (and Owners) are welcome at Sweetwater Ranch.  Well Mannered Stallions are accepted on a provisional basis and there will be additional charges to accommodate their needs. 

 

Owners MUST come and work with their horse on a regular basis and MORE than just once a week.  Owners who cannot do this can put their horse in training, so it gets regular care and attention.
